Job description

Sawgrass Country Club is now accepting applications for the position of Dishwasher. The dishwasher is responsible for washing and storing all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment for the department. Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.

DUTIES

1. Sets up and breaks down the dish machine. Cleans and polishes the machine, including removing paper and hosing down the interior.
2. Washes and stores all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, glasses, and small equipment in proper places.
3. Checks water temperature during dishwashing to ensure proper operation.
4. Removes trash from the dish room and places it in the dumpster. Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans, keeping liners in cans at all times.
5. Cleans and maintains the dish room area to keep it neat and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Availability for 13-25 hours per week.
