Job Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or use dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized, comply with safety standards.
• Clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
