With over 700 locations in Japan and a rapid growth in the U.S, Gyu-Kaku is looking for candidates that are passionate about people and food to help spread out our dining culture with the world.

We are hiring a Part-time Dishwasher at Gyu-Kaku San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Follows sanitation standards and always keeps workstation clean and sanitized.
  2. 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and grilling equipment.
  3. Helps with other tasks as assigned by Manager on Duty.
  4. Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available.
  5. Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation.

Qualifications:

  1. Restaurant experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
  3. Must maintain good hygiene.
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm.
  5. Be a team player with strong work ethics.
  6. Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year).

Pay and Benefits:
