Job summary

The Ridge at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. You will support a fast-paced kitchen, keep areas clean, and assist with light prep under the guidance of the chef.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00, with benefits eligibility as described by Troon. This is a great chance to grow in hospitality within a global golf and community management leader.

Responsibilities

• Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, by sweeping and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Assists with light food prep.
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
