Job summary

The Ridge at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a full‑time Line Cook to join our fast-paced hospitality team. As part of Troon, you will learn standards in food production, prep, and banquet service while contributing to a premier golf and community management operation.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Culinary Degree with 2 years of experience; ServSafe certification is preferred.

• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checks and dates all deliveries received and reports variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Processes inventory requisition and receives supplies as necessary for quality production.
• Prepares proper amount of food according to production/forecast sheets and plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.
