Troon at The Ridge at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. The position offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by a global golf and community management leader.

The role involves kitchen duties, dishwashing, basic prep, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Assists with light food prep.
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

The Ridge at Castle Pines, located in Castle Rock, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part‑Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Pay

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, by sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Assists with light food prep
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
• Practices excellent operational sanitation
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
