Charter Senior Living is hiring a dependable Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Associate to join our dining services team. You will help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe for residents and staff.

In this fast-paced role you will follow sanitation procedures, sanitize dishes, and support the culinary team during meal service with a team-oriented attitude. Previous dishwasher or kitchen utility experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher, kitchen utility, restaurant, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and sanitation procedures.
• Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation guidelines.
• Remove trash and maintain clean workspaces.
• Assist culinary team members as needed during meal service.
• Support smooth kitchen operations through teamwork and efficiency.
