Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher experience required; willingness to learn is key.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean floors and work surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwasher; load/unload to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store china, glassware, silverware, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading supply deliveries and support the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
