White Lodging is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house in its premium hotel properties.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
• Comfort working quickly in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other equipment.
• Keep floors and work surfaces clear of trash and debris for safety.
• Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort and load/unload dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store clean china, glassware, and utensils properly.
• Assist with unloading products from supply trucks and support the culinary team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
