Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
• Comfortable working quickly in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen surfaces and equipment.
• Maintain clean floors and work areas to ensure safety.
• Wash, sanitize, and load dishware and utensils.
• Sort and store china, glassware, and silverware properly.
• Assist with unloading supplies and support culinary tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
