Whiskey Cake La Cantera in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a steady flow of clean service ware, pots and pans, and a clean kitchen area. You will operate dishwashing equipment, ensure proper temperatures, and assist with kitchen duties as directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing machine; wash all tableware, silverware, pots and pans.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and dry; monitor water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Properly store all clean dishes and utensils; manage soiled linens and trash.
• Maintain a safe kitchen environment; clean floors, walk-in, dry storage and freezer areas.
• Follow health, safety regulations and sanitation guidelines; support kitchen team.
