Job summary

Pura Vida Miami in New York is seeking a friendly, reliable dishwasher to support our fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, keep areas clean, stock supplies, and help with basic prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Dishwasher experience preferred, not required.
• Dexterity to operate industrial dishwashers and hand-wash pots.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by machine or hand.
• Ensure items are cleaned and sanitized per regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and counters.
• Operate and report issues with dishwashing equipment.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Sort and organize clean dishes and utensils.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and store them properly.
• Cross-train across roles to grow responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
