Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by machine or hand.
• Ensure items are cleaned and sanitized per health regulations.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean; take out trash as needed.
• Maintain and report issues with dishwashing equipment to Kitchen Manager.
• Restock supplies like detergent, sanitizers, towels.
• Sort and organize clean dishes for easy access.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and storage.
• Cross-train across roles to grow responsibilities.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
