Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) for our community restaurant located in Mooresville, NC. You will support the culinary team by washing and sanitizing dishes, and keeping the dishwashing area clean so meals can be served to residents smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card with kitchen sanitation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly after cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by sweeping and mopping.
• Remove trash and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails and sanitize prep surfaces as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Ensure correct operation of chemical dispensers and towel/soap dispensers.
