Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) at our Glen Mills community. You will help ensure clean pots and dishware for residents and support the culinary team in daily meal service.

Ideal candidates have some dishwasher experience, are able to work in a fast-paced setting, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are available to meet resident dining needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established protocols.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Support kitchen staff during meal preparation and service by replenishing supplies.
• Resupply chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
