True Food Kitchen is seeking a dependable dishwasher to keep dishes, cookware, and the kitchen area spotless for service. This role supports a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and offers part-time or full-time shifts with flexibility and growth opportunities.

You’ll operate the dish machine, hand-wash select items, restock supplies, and help maintain a clean dining and prep area while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
