Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking friendly dishwashers to keep our dining areas and kitchen clean and well-stocked. You will operate and maintain the dish machine, wash and rotate tableware, and assist with pantry and prep area cleanliness.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to sanitary standards. Flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts are available, with part-time or full-time schedules up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and committed to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
