Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep tableware, cookware, and the kitchen spotless for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. You’ll operate and maintain the dish machine, ensure sanitation, and help keep a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities include washing, storing, and rotating dishes; hand-washing pots and utensils; assisting with deliveries and restocking; and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume service with a flexible schedule (AM/PM/mid-day).

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
