Job summary

Foxtail Catering in San Francisco, CA is seeking a dishwasher to support a fast-paced catering operation. Responsibilities include washing, drying, and storing all service ware and cookware, and keeping the dish area clean and organized.

You will assist with cleaning ovens, floors, and other areas as assigned, unload/load catering equipment, and ensure proper waste sorting per building protocol. Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work with a team and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional kitchen dishwasher experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable email and be able to respond to company communications.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and store service ware and cookware according to protocol.
• Assist with cleaning ovens, floors, backsplashes, bathrooms as assigned.
• Unload and load catering equipment from company vehicles.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dish area.
• Monitor waste sorting and dispose of refuse per building protocol.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisor about completed tasks.
• Arrive enthusiastic, well-groomed, and in proper dress code.
• Flexible schedule and adapt to events.
