Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen spotless and stocked, enabling smooth service and memorable meals. You’ll partner with a fast-paced team to support dining room operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and willingness to assist with light prep or deliveries while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area.
• Follow daily routines and cleaning checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Work with kitchen team to move supplies and stay ahead of kitchen needs.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
