Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to maintain clean and sanitary dining areas for residents in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchenware, while supporting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting cooks and servers, adhering to safety standards, and supporting special events and daily cleanup.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assist with preparation and execution of Art of Atria Dining enhancement programs.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
