Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Hudson is seeking a kitchen/dining assistant to maintain the dining areas, wash and sanitize dishes, and support meal service. You will help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting cooks, supporting dining programs, and helping with special events, with opportunities for growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen area in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up in kitchen prior to meal service.
