Atria Senior Living is seeking a team member to maintain the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff. This role supports cooks and dining staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

You will wash, sanitize, and store all dishes and equipment, assist with food service, and participate in events and dining program enhancements. We offer a supportive environment with potential for advancement and balanced work-life.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used in kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean floors, equipment and other areas as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work with leadership to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events and meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
