Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a diligent kitchen helper to keep dishware clean and sanitized to the highest standards. The role involves washing items, maintaining sanitation, and supporting opening/closing duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will work in a damp, high-temperature kitchen and must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow all safety guidelines. English proficiency is required, and completion of the Florida-compliant food safety

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and reach high shelves.
• English reading/writing ability required.
• Must complete food safety certification per Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Safety-conscious and able to work with hot surfaces and sharp utensils.

Responsabilités

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Washes and provides clean dishware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen areas throughout shift.
• Performs assigned prep work and opening/closing duties.
• Operates and maintains dish machine during shift and at closing.
