Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking a dependable Kitchen Steward to support daily restaurant operations by washing and sanitizing dishware, maintaining cleanliness, and following all safety and sanitation policies.

You will perform basic prep tasks, open/close duties, and assist teammates as needed. The position offers a five-day work week, paid vacation, health insurance, 401K eligibility, and free shift meals.

Qualifications

• Must stand for full shift and perform duties safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift.
• Must read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift
• Maintain kitchen area cleanliness; sweeps, mops, removes debris
• Perform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties
• Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing
