Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep dishware, cookware, and utensils clean and sanitized. You will follow safety policies, assist with opening/closing duties, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

You must be able to stand 100% of shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English. Experience isn’t required, but a willingness to learn and pass a food safety certification is essential. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs several times.
• English reading/writing required.
• Pass food safety certification per policy.

Responsibilities

• Follow sanitation policies and training.
• Wash and sanitize dishware.
• Clean and sanitize throughout shift.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness; sweep and mop.
• Perform prep work and opening/closing duties.
• Operate dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing.
