Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a diligent dishwasher/kitchen porter to keep dishware, pots, and utensils clean and sanitized in a fast-paced Miami, FL restaurant.

You will follow sanitation policies, operate the dish machine, and support opening/closing duties while maintaining a tidy kitchen environment. Qualified candidates can lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass Florida food safety certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass Florida food safety certification requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy dishware.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash and provide clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize throughout shift.
• Maintain kitchen area cleanliness including sweeping and mopping.
• Open/close duties and prep work as assigned.
