• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfort with handling cleaning chemicals and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Prepares, stores, rotates, and merchandises product to maximize sales potential.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintains clean work areas.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
