Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an entry-level team member for dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You will help clean dishes, support storage and rotation of products, and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment while providing friendly service to customers and team members.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, proper sign and pricing checks, and reporting hazards. The role requires flexible hours, physical ability to lift, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to follow health and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous service and addresses customer needs promptly and effectively.
