Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dishwashing/ kitchen support role. You will maintain sanitation, assist with deliveries, and ensure a clean kitchen and store environment while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and team members.

Responsibilities include proper food handling, timely signaling of hazards, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The position requires flexibility for shifts and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8 hours standing/walking; 6-8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
