Whole Foods Market Laguna Niguel seeks a dedicated team member to handle dishwashing and maintain kitchen cleanliness. You will support customer service by promoting a positive store image and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing wares, stocking, and assisting with deliveries, with flexibility for shifts and trainings. Previous retail experience is not required; opportunities for growth exist within the store.

Competenze

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand for 6–8 hours; able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
