Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed and prepared to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health/sanitation and safety rules.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; ensures equipment is kept to safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signage and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
