Responsibilities

• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature at shift start.
• Observe dishwasher temperatures during cycles.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary and assist Cook or dietary supervisor.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
• Cooperate with personnel in all departments.
