PACS Group is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. The role involves washing dishes, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting the cook and dietary supervisor as needed.

The position requires basic education and a food handlers’ certificate, with the ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures. The work environment is on-site with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain food handlers’ certificate.

Mansioni

• Must strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine.
• Observe water temperatures during dishwashing cycles.
• Operate dishwasher, sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage removal.
• Store groceries safely and orderly.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and assist cook or dietary supervisor as needed.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators; sweep/mop floors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
• Work cooperatively with personnel across departments.
