Responsibilities

• Change the dishwater daily and maintain sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Remove trash to the dumpster and tidy the area.
• Set up or break down the dishwashing area; keep mats clean.
• Sweep and mop floors; prevent spills.
• Notify supervisor if dishwashers fall below safe temperatures.
