Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No previous culinary experience is required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within first two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and monitor water temperatures to ensure sanitization.
• Wash, store, and handle all tableware and kitchenware; keep the dish room organized.
• Clean food prep areas and assist in dining room by bussing tables and delivering orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills, and small kitchen tools to support daily prep.
• Listen and respond to comments or complaints and report concerns to leadership.
• Perform support tasks including trash removal.
