Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community is seeking a Relief Kitchen Helper to support dining services for residents. You will prep, stock, and maintain a fresh salad bar and assist in the dining room with friendly service and table care.

You will safely wash and sanitize tableware, cookware, and equipment, help keep the dish room organized, buss tables, fill water carafes, and assist with room-service orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No previous culinary experience required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine, load and unload, report issues and monitor water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash, store and handle all tableware and kitchenware; keep dish room clean and stocked for dining room and kitchen needs.
• Assist in dining room by bussing tables, refilling water carafes, setting tables before meals, and delivering room-service orders.
