Job summary

District Winery is seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team as dishwashers/porters. You will wash dishes, glassware and utensils, keep BOH and FOH spaces clean, and help ensure safety and cleanliness standards amid COVID-19 precautions.

Responsibilities include loading machines, maintaining equipment, and supporting pantry operations while adhering to grooming and conduct standards. Equal opportunity employer; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pan by hand or with a machine.
• Load and unload washing machines.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Clean all food preparation areas and equipment.
• Place clean dishes, glassware and utensils in racks or storage areas.
• Remove trash, recycling and used linens and place in designated areas.
• Sweep and scrub floors and mats; sanitize garbage cans and receptacles.
• Open, close and perform side work and follow sanitation guidelines.
