Brooklyn Winery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Porter to support both BOH and FOH spaces with high- touch hospitality in a busy urban winery environment.

You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, and assist with opening/closing duties while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for providing guests with a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and ensure cleanliness.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines and maintain areas of the kitchen.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment to meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes and utensils in racks or storage areas.
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation in BOH and FOH areas.
• Clean floors, sanitise garbage cans, and handle spills promptly.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Attend trainings and adhere to safety and grooming standards.
