Job summary

Heritage Golf Group is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage team. This role keeps the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive member experience.

The position involves washing dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining dish room cleanliness, and assisting with stocking, prep, and safety procedures. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, kitchen, storage areas, and trash areas.
• Properly dispose of trash and recycling and assist with breakdown of boxes and deliveries.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking and organizing clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dish area to support daily operations and member experiences.

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring all service and kitchen items are cleaned and available in a timely manner.
