Job summary

District Winery is seeking hospitality professionals to join a cleanliness-focused team. Stewards wash dishes, sanitize areas, and maintain BOH/FOH cleanliness while supporting the events team and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, open/close tasks, and assisting with bulk prep and deliveries as needed. A strong team attitude and reliable English communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent stamina, energy and focus.
• Team attitude with ability to work well with others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and urgency when needed.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Proficiency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans; clean all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH and FOH spaces in line with standards.
• Assist with open/closing tasks and side work.
• Use chemicals safely as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with bulk prep and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Support training of new staff and participate in meetings.
