Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Operates washing methods per procedure and ensures cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes; washes by hand or uses washer as appropriate.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures; ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans work surfaces, walls, refrigerators and prep areas.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly; handles waste as directed.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists loading/unloading.
