Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans and prep surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain sanitation and temperatures.
• Assist kitchen team with loading/unloading supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and keeps dish area orderly.
• Polishes silver and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps area in compliance with safety standards and proper chemical levels.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
