Compass Group USA Levy is seeking a dedicated dishwashing associate to maintain clean dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in a sanitary condition. You will support safety standards and help ensure smooth operations across stadium and venue locations.

Qualifications

• Commercial kitchen dishwashing experience preferred.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per standard procedures.
• Follow safety protocols, including temperature and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes by hand or in the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness.
• Polishes silver and maintains clean work areas and equipment.
• Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans prep surfaces.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
