Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and maintains clean kitchen surfaces.
• Polishes silverware and maintains proper sanitation of the dish area.
• Keeps dish and prep areas organized and in safety compliance.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies as needed.
