Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean floors and waste areas by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, rinsing garbage cans, and responding promptly to spills or broken items.
• Support additional cleaning and sanitization needs while providing professional, service-focused support to employees, customers, and team members.
• Follow food-service safety, sanitation, Quality Management System, attendance, and workplace procedures while contributing effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

The Opportunity

This position supports our Madison, WI locations within the Cancer Diagnostics business.

As a Dishwasher, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas. You'll support day-to-day food service operations through strong attention to cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and hospitality.

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including internet navigation, email, and word processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a designated schedule, including nights and/or weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for approximately 90% of a typical working day and lift up to 40 pounds for approximately 20% of a typical working day.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including grasping, pinching, turning, and reaching above shoulder height.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One (1) or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.

The base pay for this position is $14.85 – $29.65 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
