Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
• Ensure preparation stations and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized.
• Comply with sanitation/safety standards within Food Services and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitation standards.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware and restocking areas and cook stations.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially for spills or broken items.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Assist with other cleaning/sanitization needs as requested.
