Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Dishwasher for a hospital location in Conrad, MT 59425. Compensation is $18 per hour for a full-time role with a Tue-Sat 11:00am–7:30pm schedule. Join a caring team that keeps the kitchen clean and safe for residents.

You will wash dishes, operate the dish machine, and support daily food service operations while following hygiene protocols. Must be 18+, reliable, and able to work weekends; background checks and state-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, with ability to work in a healthcare setting.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety in a kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and empty trash as needed.
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine; monitor water levels and temperatures.
• Wash, air-dry, and store dishes and equipment properly.
• Sort, stack, and transport items to storage areas.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen.
• Follow hygiene protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
• Support kitchen staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00am to 7:30pm

Job Summary

Join a caring team that helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting daily food service operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, checking water levels and recording temperatures
• Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment properly
• Sort, stack, and transport clean items to storage areas
• Sanitize tray line, belt, stainless steel surfaces, and garbage can lids
• Clean and re-rack floor mats; run filters through dish machine
• Shut down, drain, and rinse dish machine thoroughly
• Follow hygiene protocols when handling clean equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Support kitchen staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
