Thomas Cuisine is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for our Senior Living dining team in Ashland, OR. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support daily food service operations, with a schedule Wednesday-Saturday 4:30PM-9:30PM and Sunday 10AM-3PM.

No experience is required, but reliability and attention to cleanliness are essential. Health and safety standards, sanitation procedures, and teamwork with kitchen staff will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Alcohol awareness certification, state-specific (if required).
• Successful background check and drug screen (state-specific).
• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card (state-specific).

Responsabilités

• Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed.
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, check water levels and temperatures.
• Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment.
• Sort, stack, and transport clean items to storage areas.
• Sanitize tray line, belt, and stainless steel surfaces.
• Clean and re-rack floor mats; run filters through dish machine.
• Shut down, drain, and rinse dish machine thoroughly.
• Follow hygiene protocols when handling clean equipment.
• Maintain dish room and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Dishwasher (Part-Time) - Senior Living | Location: Ashland, OR 97520

Compensation: $16.10 per hour| Part-Time

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 4:30PM - 9:30PM; Sundays, 10AM - 3PM. *Schedule changes weekly as needed.

Job Summary

Join a caring team that helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting daily food service operations.

What You'll Do

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
