Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware as required.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps work areas orderly and clean.
• Performs cleaning of floors, worktables, walls, and other surfaces.
• Removes trash and manages supplies and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
